- Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before an event are generally non-refundable.

Event Cancellation
If the Organization cancels an event, registrants may receive:
- A full refund, or
- A credit toward a future event.
The Organization is not responsible for travel, lodging, or incidental expenses unless expressly stated otherwise.
